
This special spaghetti recipe I learnt from my sister has to be my new favorite.
With carrots, onions and healthy stuffs combined and with a unique great taste. I totally loved it!
I used some nice and unique ingredients to achieve the mixture. Below are the few ingredients I used:
Ingredients
- A pack of spaghetti
- 10 fresh pepper
- 5 pieces of carrots
- 10 fresh tomatoes
- 1.5 cooking spoon vegetable oil
- 2 spring onions
- 1 piece turmeric
- 1 piece of ginger
- 1tbs salt
- tbs mixed spices (a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, coriander all ground)
- 1 tsp ground Ginger
- 1 cup of sliced cabbage


Procedure

First thing I need to parboil my spaghetti. I got water boiling in a pot then added the spaghetti to it

While the spaghetti was boiling I was getting the other ingredients ready.

First I washed the tomatoes and pepper to get them ready for grinding

I sliced the onions, carrots, tomatoes

Next I grind the tomatoes with pepper, ginger and turmeric in a mortar


Below is the paste I made

Next I put a pot to heat, added my vegetable oil, onions, the tomato mix to sautee and then the mixed natural spice.

Next I added the carrot to it, and allow it to cook with the oil, stirring them together. I also added the spaghetti to the mix:


I stirred the spaghetti to let it mix very well in the sauce

Next I added the cabbage to it, covered for a while to cook down the stirred properly.

At this point food was ready to be served! And here's one serving in a plate:

I loved how the cabbage and carrots added a nice crunch to the meal. Itโs a recipe Iโll definitely be making often.
