En cada salida, sea de paseo o para hacer diligencias, es inevitable no parar a fotografiar los murales que consigo por el camino, pues además de querer llevarme un recuerdo de ellos, me permite poder observarlos con detenimiento en casa, y en ese momento seguir con la actividad prevista.
De todas las fotos que tengo, decidí resaltar este gran mural, pues ocupa casi toda la pared de una cuadra, ya luego seguiré compartiéndoles mis hallazgos en otros post para la comunidad.
Debo confesar que no lo detecté a primera vista, a pesar de ser tan grande, pues la sombra de un gran árbol ubicado del otro lado del muro, le restaba brillo a esta obra que se encuentra ubicada en la parte externa de la iglesia contigua a un colegio religioso.
Este mural se ubica en Lanús, provincia de Buenos Aires, en Argentina, muy cerca de la estación del tren que lleva el mismo nombre. Me gustó en principio por la utilización de colores cálidos y muy vivos, en la representación de elementos que se pueden relacionar con la vida en general, pero también con la visión religiosa del llamado a seguir las leyes divinas.
La figura de una religiosa, el hombre con un megáfono que parece guiar con su voz al barco que surca aguas turbulentas, el fuego ardiente que hace hervir un caldero y las diversas flores en los bordes, me llevan a mis recuerdos de las clases de catecismo, en las que nos inculcaban con alegorías similares, los conceptos de pecado, temor y redención.
Un detalle que se encuentra también, son los recuadros realizados con tapitas de colores, una técnica que aprovecha objetos de desecho para crear ornamentos en los muros, que le den una utilización permanente, para disminuir el impacto del plástico en el planeta.
En total son 4 bloques con tapitas, que vienen a complementar los diseños hechos con pintura, y aunque en el más grande se han perdido algunas - o las han sacado - el mensaje se sigue entendiendo perfectamente.
Una hermosa obra que le logra sacar la monotonía al gris del concreto, y que si la detallas, puedes dar con el mensaje codificado en ella, más allá de lo que se ve a simple vista.

A detail that is also found are the squares made with colored caps, a technique that takes advantage of waste objects to create ornaments on the walls, which give them a permanent use, to reduce the impact of plastic on the planet.
In total there are 4 blocks with caps, which come to complement the designs made with paint, and although in the largest one some have been lost - or have been removed - the message is still perfectly understood.
A beautiful work that manages to remove the monotony of the gray concrete, and if you detail it, you can find the message encoded in it, beyond what is seen at first glance.
