My latest progress in modern league is respectable. I am still hovering around top 100 overall in Diamond league. I have been playing 20+ matches for the past four days and have maintained a higher than 1 win to loss ratio.
In Survival mode I seem to also be doing well even though I only partake in one battle. Its four days into the new season and there have not been that many participants in Survival that even if a player who partakes and wins one match they basically get on the top 100. Now I ponder if all players who want to earn some rewards basically play only one match and win in survival mode could get it. Of course it would mean every player playing only one match and the winners would sit to earn the ranking prize.
My overall collection has risen in price and rental income has close to double from my all time lows. Signs that Splinterlands asset prices rising is coming true and hope it continues.
Meanwhile players are getting set for the new card set debut. I am saving up DEC for what maybe a high demand set. Personally I am taking advantage of the legacy cards despite the new set release. I am hoping players who hold older cards are desperate to sell and swap for new set and sell at lower prices.
DEC price continue to rise with respect to Hive and getting closer to parity. It will help DEC holders if price does rich parity as the new card set comes out. This would mean more bang for the DEC.
The supply of DEC continues to fall too so it will be getting more costly to rent cards and spend DEC.
