This current season I had a rough start and now nearly halfway to the season I finally made it to Diamond II. I have a great haul for chest rewards with 17 cards and more than 4000 merits. I will be aiming for Diamond I before end of season in hopes to snatch more merits as I have a lot to gain with filling my remaining Gladius cards.
Meanwhile hearing lately that a lot of players are earning big amount of SPS in survival mode it is tempting me to play in that mode. Yet I know I do not have sufficient cards to outlast a lot of players so have decided for now to play another direction.
I have now started to send out cards for rentals in hopes to earn more DEC. I had held of renting out cards due in part of the cost of 1 DEC to submit each card to rent out and the likely increase in demand for cards now with Survival mode is live. I am currently getting a decent yield, increasing before from 170 DEC per a day to now a little over 200 DEC. I will continue to try and rent out even more cards, especially summoners as I have heard those are in very high demand.
For months I had been determined to get to a max Chaos set and now that a new set is to arrive in a month or two the price of a full max level regular Chaos set seems to hover around $700. To me this is a large amount in crypto terms, but I have a decent amount already owned.
Base on Splintercards.com missing bcx function it appears I have a little under half the cost left to spend to make a max set.
This is where I have to plan strategically on how to get the remainder of the cards to have a full set. I plan to save up DEC by continuing to rent out more cards. In addition throw my current amount of DEC into pools to yield more. I hope to get a decent amount until the new set arrives and see how that set sells. With high demand I hope it will lure players away from Chaos just enough so that prices either remain low or drop lower. If it happens the opposite where Chaos prices rises I will have to bite the bullet and buy until I reach max level set.
