After all, vegetables are a very big part of our survival. What we eat helps us to live healthy. Red amaranth is rich in vitamin A. You can eat this red vegetable in order to fulfill the vitamins of the human body. It also prevents scurvy, a disease caused by vitamin C deficiency. Red Amaranth fiber helps in digestion. It also removes the constipation problems of the human body easily. You may know that Red Amaranth is rich in iron. So you can eat red vegetables regularly. The health benefits of this natural vegetable are immense. Regular consumption of red vegetables increases kidney function. At the same time, the harmful substances present in the blood are removed from the body. So you can eat red vegetables regularly three days a week. Which above all improves the performance of healthy people.

  • Red Amaranth quantity 750 grams
  • 80 grams of garlic
  • Onion 120 grams
  • 8 to 10 green chillies
  • The amount of water is 250 ml
  • 80 grams of soybean oil
  • Like the amount of salt

In our city, such vegetables are commonly known as red vegetables. The English name of red vegetable is Red Amaranth. The scientific name is Amaranthus gangeticus.

Here we cut the root along with the stalk of the Red Amaranth well with a knife. After that, I cut the Red Amaranth into small pieces with a knife. Here the onions are well peeled and garlic cloves. Shown here is a selfie with thorny greens.

Here I have washed the greens thoroughly 3/4 times in the basin. Greens usually contain sand so it is best to wash them thoroughly and cook them. After that, I washed the vegetables well in the pan and put them in the pan. I gave 250 ml of water. After that put the lid and heat the stove. Boil the vegetables well.

Here the vegetables are well boiled as you can see in the exhibition. There was light water here, we poured it into the pot and strained the water well. Here I have shown a selfie with the pot with the vegetables. After that I washed the pan again and put the curry in the oven. After that I sauteed onion, green chillies and garlic ingredients.

Here I have given 80 grams of soybean oil. I gave enough salt. After that, I let the red amaranth vegetables dry. Here you can see onions cooked in combination of green chillies and garlic with amazing sensation.
