I woke up this morning with a rumbling empty stomach,it felt as if, I have not eaten for years meanwhile, I did had dinner yesternight.
Have never been more confused than I was today, ordinarily on a normal day, I'm usually out of options on what to eat but today's own, there was a little bit of extra - I was out of foodstuffs and haven't been able to restock.
But then, I remembered I have three unripe plantains that had been lying freely on the floor of the kitchen, haven't refused to get ripen.
Have never eaten boiled unripe plantain before now, neither do I know how it taste until I decided to make do with what I have left out of my foodstuffs today- hunger made me had no choice.
But you know what?I loved the taste of it at the end of it all.
