There is no one who hasn't gone through pain, even newborn babies have to go through some medical procedures that are painful to grow healthy. If everyone would act on the pain they went through at one point in their lives, the world would have been a lot worse than it is now. But then, there is the living through and above pain.

Pains are a part of life that makes us stronger if we are able to live through or above it and they must surely come, in different forms. I've seen a lot of movies that portray the causes, traumas and results of pains especially when not handled properly. I think the primary cause of pains that build up to traumas is the failure to conquer it.

Nobody likes pain. If it were possible, nobody will want to go through any sort of pain but what do we do when have to go through one or the other? We have to learn to limit the amount of pain that may come and also learn ways to overcome the ones that must come. But the last thing any good human should do is blaming others for their pain.

Yes, most hurt people are hurt by others especially those they trusted or love closely. It's hard to get hurt by something a stranger did so the more people we love, the more we are close to feeling pain because of them in one way or the other. So it's very easy to pass the blame on them and even go as far as causing them pain too.

I for one, I have past experiences especially from childhood that still lingers in my heart now but I don't see myself hurting anyone because of it. Although, it influences my thoughts on some things which I think is for my safety so it doesn't repeat itself but taking it to the stage of making others go through same is out of it for me, I hope.

No matter the reason for a past hurt, the trauma it caused and how life has been for the hurt, I don't think any of that justifies a hurt person hurting another because of his or her past hurt. Anyone can sympathise with a hurt person when the story is shared but no one should use that justify as a reason to make another suffer pain.

In the past few weeks, I've been sick of what I don't know and responding fine to treatment. My aunt made mention of something that got me thinking that I'm indeed a good person in this aspect. She said, the pain I've gone through is enough to take it all out on the person who caused it if I did ever find out who the person is.

It made a lot of sense to me who passed through the pain but I also saw all the good reasons to let go and be glad that I'm getting free from the pain. Maybe those who inflict pain on others because of their pains is simply because they never got to heal but it still doesn't justify their actions. Forgiveness is a choice but for me, I'll forgive to keep my peace and make them see their wrongs.
