Having a Goal in life is like showing ambition or effort to own aim of own something. I believe all Goals are achievable as far as we aim to achieve our intent and objective towards a purpose. I was introduced to Hive By @moremoney28. He made me understood that there is more on hive whereby I can engage in so many things I wish for. After my engagement on some communities and peoples Post I realize that there is more to hive than just blogging and earning. This experience made me realized the initiative importance of setting a goal on Hive and how to achieve them Gradually for the purpose of my Hive Growth and development.

A Goal is said to be achievable when the initiative of the Word “Smart” is taken seriously. The Word smart tends to define how a goal can be achieved within a certain time frame alongside with your Objectives. Smart helps the goal to be easily attainable with the Compliance of the Five words when taken seriously, which are;
S - Specific
M - Measurable
A - Achievable
R - Relevant
T - Time Based

My Personal Hive Goals.
Am determined and desired to achieve some major objectives on hive for my Personal development.

My Goals regarding My Hive power for the next two month is to boost it above 500 - 600 Hp. I have seen so many benefits of having high hive power from Mentors on Hive.

My Followers for the Next 2month I believe will increase to like 300- 400 depending on my engagement. Having a good active followers is important to my post and my growth on hive. I believe with good And active followers my Hive power can increase rapidly for other members also to benefit from it.

My Engagement on hive is mostly based on Inleo growth and Other contest like theInkwell fiction and non fiction, Afri tunes, Hive Ghana contest and other communities. I also engage by reading and commenting of peoples post that I take as role Models on Hive blockchain. Engagement on peoples post have helped me for the past few days on my hive power up growth. For the next 2 month I look forward to engagement on everyone post both in my group and other groups also.

My Consistency on post on post is not really guaranteed but I will make sure to meet up with any task required for the growth of my Hive power and earning of HBD. I look forward to always be consistent on my posting, and engagement also.

As a newbie i will consistently work towards having 2000 Hp before the End of the Year 2024.

What Makes my Goals smart is because am being specific about what I want to attain and achieve on Hive. I listed above things I will be engaging in on Hive to boost my Hp and followers. Thanks to Inleo task engagement I have been able to achieve a rapid growth and also Thank you to Neoxian City ( Mr D). In relation to smart I will work on time based and apply relevant measures to my engagement for them to be achievable. I hope with this 5 words (smart) I will be able to achieve My Hp power up within the next 2 month.
In conclusion, I look forward to power up my Hp, through my engagement and make sure to write at least Five post in a week, and also make sure to engage in other people post.
