Happy day to all dear friends, I am pleased to share with you my entry in the weekend challenge #216, of this great community #weekend EXPERIENCES, the theme chosen by me is: "Are there things/habits you've had to or chosen to unlearn? What are they and why? - Use your own photos."
I will always say that by nature it is easier for human beings to acquire bad habits and this applies to everyone without exception because usually even though they are bad they generate some kind of satisfaction, that is why it is not so easy to leave them or replace them with better or healthier ones, a bad habit that I acquired progressively without realizing it in recent years, I was drinking carbonated beverages better known as soft drinks and eating fast food such as hot dogs and hamburgers, I could eat and drink this any day of the week, I fell into this habit because it was easier to cook this when I arrived exhausted from work, because of how fast is its preparation compared to other meals, I will not lie to you by saying that I do not eat fast food or drink soda today because the truth is that they are delicious and I enjoy them a lot, but as they say everything in moderation is good for you, so the change I made was that only on Fridays of the week we make hot dogs and drink soda at home, I reduced my consumption considerably on weekdays as well as the amount of food I eat, I only eat 1 hot dog or a hamburger, I don't eat before I eat up to 3 at dinner, I also adopted the habit of drinking natural juices and water during the week with my meals, as well as having a more active life with exercises,so you can say that the key is to do all in moderation without falling into excesses as that would be the bad thing.
