✓ Good herb (mint): Helps to the improvement of the digestive tract, is an excellent natural anti-inflammatory, is a natural refreshing, that is why it is used in many products for oral hygiene, helps us relax from anxiety and stress and contains antioxidant.
✓Carrot: Excellent for vision, contains antioxidant and fiber, excellent for skin health, relieves digestive health, preventing constipation. Excellent to hydrate us, for its high water content, helps in our immune system.
✓ Pear: Rich in fiber, a wonderful moisturizer because of its high water content, contains antioxidant and is a natural anti-inflammatory.

✓ 1 carrot
✓ 1 pear
✓ 3 sprigs of perennial herb
✓ 300 ML of water
✓ 2 measures of sugar

Now let's go to the step-by-step of this simple recipe👇

✓ Step #1: After having washed all the ingredients, we start by placing the good herb in the blender. Next, we peel the carrot, cut it into cubes and add it to the blender. Then, we take the pear, cut it into quarters and remove the seeds before adding it as well. Finally, we add the water and start blending until we obtain a smooth mixture.








✓ Step #2: After the drink is smooth and homogeneous, add the sugar, blend for one more minute and strain this refreshing and healthy drink and pour ice in the glass and add the game.
