I am always in search of new alternatives to help me get better, I have always liked alternative medicine and that is why I know a little about solutions for any condition we have.

Infusión de cáscara de zanahoria y berenjena. En la gran búsqueda de soluciones saludables, con respecto a medicinas naturales para mejorar la salud. Siempre estoy en búsqueda de nuevas alternativas que me ayuden a mejorar, siempre me ha gustado la medicina alternativa y por eso conozco un poco sobre soluciones para cualquier afección que tengamos.

Casi toda mi vida mi papá me llevó a médicos naturales, así que por esa razón, primero me voy por esta alternativa que estar tomando pastillas a cada instante. Esa siempre es mi última opción. En el transcurrir de mi vida he observado con detención que son más las personas que buscan esta opción en primer lugar. Hace muchos años estaba presentando problemas con los valores altos, problemas de estreñimiento y mis defensas estaban muy bajas.

Mi papá de inmediato me dijo:Hija, mañana vamos a visitar al doctor Kelvin para ver qué pasa". Al llegar, me chequeó y, si me encontró muy débil, me mandó a realizar exámenes y mis valores de colesterol estaban altos, aunado a ellos mis defensas estaban bajas. ✓ Paso #2: Al empezar a hervir el agua, agregamos el contenido de las dos cáscaras, tapamos y déjanos hervir por un tiempo de 10 minutos para que estás liberen todas sus propiedades.

✓ Paso #3: Cuando ya está haya hervido el tiempo correspondiente, apagamos el fuego y la dejamos reposar un rato y la llevamos al colador, para que no quede ninguna cáscara.

✓ Paso #4: ya listo la infusión, aquí se las presento, observen su hermoso color. Yo no le agrego azúcar, su sabor es tolerable, pero sobre todo es el beneficio que esta nos regala.
