Nothing actually last forever, I know one way or the other we are going to separate. That is why it is good to have a good memories with each other.
So I have a female friend, we are both in same state and same city. Our house is not too far from one another. We became very close in the year 2022. We became so close that we start liking each other. That year was my last year in the university, so I was preparing for signing out and the likes. We met through Whatsapp in a group chat where I was trying to get a vote on a particular award I needed to win so bad.
Well we started talking and we started so well, we hangout, go to dates as many as possible. We talk everyday, I mean every good day. I was there any time she needed me and she was there for me anytime I need her. As time goes on, we grows together. Year 2022 pass, and it was a beautiful year for both of us. I mean we even do as if we have known each other for so many years. We fought, we settled.
When the year 2022 was passing, we held a meeting and we agreed she will leave the country to have a better life, continue her studies and also work. I also had to serve my country as at then.
Funny enough I left before her, I left to camp in the year 2023 to serve my father land. And I spent three weeks in camp. That was then her visa got stamped. She would be leaving a day after I left the camp and I want to see her so bad. We haven't been apart for that long.
Anyways I rushed out of camp knowing I will see my friend soon. But then there is a strike in the country. The government Introduced new currency and condemned the old one. I was in camp so all I had was just the old money. No money in circulation and no movement, which makes me got stuck in one place. I couldn't travel to meet her so I can follow her to the airport. I was pained but there is nothing I can do about it.
To cut the long story short she got to her place of destination I was happy and we keep talking. But at the long run. Here is what happened between us. She had a problem with the company she's working with and it turned out the country is a scam so she's going to need some money t sort things out. The many ways much I mean it's even more than ten thousand dollars.
But before then, we gradually loosing communications, I mean unlike us that talks everyday, but I tried to understand because she has been busy with lots of work. And things are not moving well with her, so I don't want to be a burden by complaining too much.
As times goes on the communication reduced alot and I tried to complain about it but the moment I complained we will definitely have an argument. I tried to get in touch with her as many times as I could but she won't pick. I tried for weeks and months, then I got tired of trying to get her attention.
So when her complain get issues, she came back to ask me for help and I was so mad because we haven't been talking for a while now. I got really mad that I used it to talk to her. Since then I never had from her again. She doesn't even reply. So I realized letting go will be the best I could do. So I stopped calling or chatting and that's all.
I don't think the relationship could be savaged, she used to be the best then but then it is what it is. I always believe there is always a reason for everything.
