It's another week in the realm of splinterlands. I was able to play some battles this week. Although I spent lots of time with my aunt, I didn't have any issues with electricity. Unlike before, I now need to manage my laptop battery. I was able to play to length, and yeah, I got some free wi-fi too. Enjoy my battle for this week.

It has been a while since I used Immortalis, so I gave it a text this time around. This summoner has many abilities, like minus-one health. This reduces one's health compared to all the enemies health. Also, all friendly monsters receive the void abilities at the beginning of the battle. All friendly monsters also received the shatter ability at the beginning of the battle. Since I'm always using Thaddius summoner, I decided to text this one and see how good I can be.
The rule of the game is standard, which means no modifications. Meanwhile, 36 mana caps were given to me, and four elements are available for me to choose from.
I selected Grund. This is a level-one card. I remembered that I once used this card at a different level. But then I'm using it at level one at the moment. This card only has one ability, which is the double strike ability. Since it's melee, it's 3, and the speed is also 3. It means it's going to attack well. So I like to use the card because of its double-strike ability.

I move ahead to choose mycelic slipspawn. This summoner has taunt abilities. All enemy units target this particular unit only if they can. I like to use this card because of its health.
I move ahead to choose goblin psychic. In every battle, it is good to use a card that has healing abilities. This will restore the first card's health. So I chose the card, and it is also a magic card that can attack and heal at the same time.

I chose Venari Scout. This card has opportunity ability; any unit with opportunity ability can attack from anywhere, and it will attack a unit enemy with the lowest health.
I finally chose Xenith Archer. This card is also a level one card, and it is also a range card that can attack at long distances.
My opponent chose obsidian and selected more meaningful cards with good abilities. At first, I never thought of winning because the guy also selected some good cards. But I was able to win in round 4. And I was able to win the game because, firstly, the double strike that Grund has was a good edge for me in the battle. I would have lost the battle if I didn't have this double-strike ability. Lastly, I was also able to win because of the healing ability I used. Mostly, it was the ground that did the most of the work. But the work was able to be successful because it gets healed anytime its health is about to finish.
