Preparacion

Delicious Ground Beef with Mixed Vegetables
Good evening, friends who love good food and have a refined palate, and who are reading this in the @hivefood community. It’s a pleasure to greet you all. I hope you’ve all had a wonderful day with your families. Welcome to my blog.

Today, I’m stopping by this community once again to share a delicious and nutritious recipe that I prepared today to enjoy with my family at home. Ground beef with mixed vegetables—this dish is very easy to make.

Ground beef with mixed vegetables is a delicious recipe because it’s packed with an endless variety of vegetables. In my case, I used carrots and potatoes, but you can also make it with other vegetables like celery or zucchini—it turns out just as delicious. It’s a versatile recipe that’s quick to prepare.

Now I’ll list the ingredients I used for this delicious and nutritious homemade recipe, along with the step-by-step instructions.
Ingredients
- 650 grams of high-quality ground beef
- 1 medium potato
- 2 small carrots
- fresh herbs (leek, cilantro, celery)
- 1 sweet pepper
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of oil

Preparation
The first thing I did was rinse the ground beef a little, then I put it in a skillet with water and salt, placed it on the stove, and let it cook for 5 minutes to drain the blood.

Separately, I peeled the carrot and the potato, cut them into small cubes, and added them to the pan where the meat was cooking—first the chopped carrot, since it’s tougher—and let them cook for 7 minutes. Then I added the diced potatoes and all the finely chopped seasonings to the stir-fry and let it cook for another 5 minutes. I added the oil, and that was it! I tasted it and adjusted the salt, added the soy sauce and all the fresh herbs, let it cook for another 5 minutes, and plated it.
