Ingredientes
- 4 chuletas de cerdo
- 2 cucharadas de orégano entero
- salsa de soya, 4 ajos triturados
*- Sal y pimienta - aceite para freír
- 4 Ocumos
- 1 pepino, 1 tomate y 1 tomate maduro
- Aceite para freír
- 1/2 cucharada de leche
- 1 taza de arooz
- 1 cucharada de margarina

Procedimiento

Delicious Fried Pork Chop
Hello, fellow food lovers who take the time to read my posts on the @hivefood community—a community I’m very happy to be a part of. Today I’m going to share a delicious recipe I made for lunch—both for my daughter to take to her shift at the hospital today and for my husband and me, who were at home. I invite you to join me on my blog.

I’d like to tell you that the recipe I prepared today for our family lunch was: a delicious fried pork chop, served with a cucumber, onion, and tomato salad, yellow rice, vegetable soup, and a delicious papaya juice to drink.

The texture of this white meat was incredibly tender, juicy, and soft, with a very rich flavor. The taro root purée was amazing, the sweet plantain was delicious, and the rice was nice and fluffy—the photos speak for themselves.

.
This type of recipe is very easy to make; even complete beginners will find it turns out delicious. Just like the soup, it has a wonderful flavor and a 100% fluffy texture.

Now I’ll list the ingredients and show you how I prepared this entire lunch.
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons whole oregano
- soy sauce, 4 crushed garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper
- oil for frying
- 4 Ocumos
- 1 cucumber, 1 tomato, and 1 ripe tomato
- Oil for frying
- 1/2 tablespoon of milk
- 1 cup of arooz
- 1 tablespoon of margarine

Instructions
First, I washed the pork chops thoroughly with plenty of water, then seasoned them with oregano, soy sauce, minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. Next, I took a pot, added oil, and began frying the chops one by one, waiting until they were golden brown—and that’s it!

I enjoyed this delicious lunch with fresh papaya juice, which is very easy on the stomach. I also had it with yellow rice, boiled plantains, a cucumber, onion, and tomato salad, and a delicious creole taro soup.

Well, that’s all for now. I hope you enjoyed it, and I’ll see you in my next post, God willing.
