Empanadas de carne mechada y queso [ESP/ENG]

Hola amigos del buen paladar y del buen comer que me leen en la comunidad de @hivefood, gusto en saludarlos, espero que todos hayan pasado un excelente fin de semana junto a su preciosa familia. sean todos bienvenidos a mi blog.

Hoy como es domingo ya el cuerpo esta cansado sin ganas de cocinar, por lo tanto al levantarme decidí no hacer desayuno, si no ir a comerme unas empanadas que me provocaron, amo las empanadas sobre todo de pabellón y carne mechada. Cerca de mi casa hay un supermercado donde venden unas empanadas de diferentes rellenos y son del otro mundo super ricas y de muy buen tamaño.

Como pueden apreciar estas deliciosas empanadas son grandes, me compre tres para mi, las ordene de carne machada porque de pabellón se habían terminado, las acompañe con un jugo néctar de la marca yukery de botella mediana, el cual estaba muy rico, bastante espeso no como otros néctar que vienen un poco claro, esta marca es muy buena. Además de comprar estas empanadas ordenes 5 empanadas mas de queso y pollo pata mi familia, todo el pedido lo ordene para llevar, en mi hogar fue donde las deguste, así que tuve un desayuno rico y quede bastante satisfecha. Otra cosa que quería añadir es que las entregan en una cajita como si fuese un regalo, muy bonita, me pareció una excelente opción, llevarle esto como un pequeño presente a una persona que este de cumpleaños o aniversario.

La textura de las empanadas espectacular, la masa tenia un sabor rico, algo dulce, el sabor del relleno suficiente y ricas, el sabor me encanto.

Las empanadas son muy famosa en Venezuela en cualquier lugar, kiosco, supermercado, panadería las venden, son mucho más que un simple plato, son un emblema cultural de mi pais, un alimento reconfortante y uno de los tesoros gastronómicos más versátiles del mundo hispano, en casi todos los países de Latinoamérica y España. Les cuento que por el camino conseguí un señor buhonero que vende chicarrones de cerdo, los compre y me encantan, estaban bastante crujientes y cero grasa, a mi me encantan y tenia un monto de meses que no los comía, no había conseguido para comprar, me encantan.

Since it’s Sunday, I’m already feeling tired and don’t feel like cooking, so when I woke up, I decided not to make breakfast but to go eat some empanadas that I was craving. I love empanadas, especially the ones with pabellón and carne mechada. Near my house, there’s a supermarket that sells empanadas with different fillings—they’re out of this world, super delicious, and a great size.

As you can see, these delicious empanadas are large. I bought three for myself; I ordered the ground beef ones because they were out of the “pabellón” variety. I had them with a medium-sized bottle of Yukery brand nectar juice, which was very tasty—quite thick, unlike other nectars that are a bit watery. This brand is really good. In addition to buying these empanadas, I ordered five more—cheese and chicken—for my family. I ordered the whole batch to go, and I enjoyed them at home, so I had a delicious breakfast and was quite satisfied. Another thing I wanted to mention is that they deliver them in a little box, just like a gift—it’s very pretty. I thought it would be an excellent option to give this as a small present to someone celebrating a birthday or anniversary.

The texture of the empanadas was spectacular; the dough had a rich, slightly sweet flavor, and the filling was flavorful and delicious—I absolutely loved the taste.

I’ll tell you that along the way I came across a street vendor selling pork rinds. I bought some and loved them—they were really crispy and not greasy at all. I love them, and it had been months since I’d had any; I hadn’t been able to find any to buy. I love them.
