Wednesday Walk Through Different Neighborhoods of Sanare [ENG/ESP]
Hello, fellow readers of the @wednesdaywalk community! It’s a pleasure to greet you all. I hope you’re all in good health and enjoying this beautiful Wednesday with a stroll or walk.
Today, like every Wednesday, I’m here in this wonderful community to share with you a day trip and hike I took through the Sanare region, specifically the Monte Carmelo community, which is part of Lara State.
I’d like to mention that it’s a small hamlet with a sparse population—a rural area where some residents commute to downtown Sanare to work in offices, health centers, and schools, while others stay in the countryside tending to the various crops they grow. In Monte Carmelo, they cultivate different types of vegetables, such as zucchini, potatoes, root celery, celery, Spanish celery, and cilantro, among others.
From the top of the mountain, you can see the town of Sanare, which is the capital of the Andrés Eloy Blanco municipality, offering a very beautiful and relaxing landscape. It is a humid and very cold area, and during these months of July and August, the rainy season begins, which benefits farmers.
I will be staying in this rural area for 15 days, carrying out a door-to-door evangelization mission throughout this region. I have found it to be a beautiful place, with very hospitable people who, despite living in a poor area, share what they have—and even what they don’t have—with the missionaries.
Today I’m sharing the beautiful scenery in our community. The sun rarely comes out—it’s cloudy and cool—and we have to wait until 10 a.m. to see it rise.
The skies have been quite cloudy lately because it’s rained a lot. However, as soon as the sun came out, I took the opportunity to snap a few photos.

Caminata de miércoles por sectores de Sanare
Hola amigos lectores de la comunidad de @wednesdaywalk, gusto en saludarlos espero que todos se encuentren bien de salud disfrutando de este hermoso miércoles de paseo o caminata.
Hoy como todo los miércoles me encuentro en esta gran comunidad con el fin de presentarles un paseo y a su vez una caminata que he realizado por las tierras de Sanare, específicamente la comunidad de monte Carmelo, que es un sector que pertenece al estado Lara.
Les comento que es un caserío con poca población, es una zona rural donde sus habitantes salen al centro de Sanare a trabajar en oficinas, centros de salud, educación y otros se quedan en el campo trabajando en los diferentes cultivos que ellos siembran , ya que en Monte Carmelo se cultivan diferentes tipos de hortalizas como calabacín, papas, apio de raíz , celery, apio españa , cilantro, entre otros .
Desde lo alto del monte se puede observar la población de Sanare, que es la capital del municipio Andrés Eloy Blanco, ofreciendo un paisaje muy hermoso y relajante . Es una zona húmeda y muy fría y en estos meses de julio y agosto comienza la temporada de lluvias, lo cual favorece a los agricultores.
Yo voy a permanecer en esta zona rural durante 15 días, haciendo una misión evangelizadora casa por casa en todo este sector. Me ha parecido un lugar hermoso, con personas muy hospitalarias y que, a pesar de ser una zona pobre, comparten lo que tienen y lo que no tienen con los misioneros.
Hoy les comparto los hermosos paisajes que tiene la comunidad. Poco sale el sol, todo es nublado y fresco y hay que esperar las 10 de la mañana para ver salir el sol .
Los días han estado con un cielo bastante nublado porque ha llovido bastante. Sin embargo, apenas ha salido el sol lo he aprovechado para capturar algunas fotos.
