Greetings Hivers!🤗 🤠

2 days ago I found a topic given by Hive Learners to those users who participate in contest, as I am not yet verified but the topic hits me hard. I decided to write even without participating in contest, and the contest if officially over now. I am now publishing my writing on topic

Who is the first person you tell when you get good news?

Who do you call first when something good happens in your life? For many years, that person for me was my friend Arsal. He was like a brother to me. We shared almost everything. Good days or bad days, I always picked up the phone and told him first. He knew all my plans and dreams. I felt happy telling him my news.

Our friendship felt strong and real. I trusted him with my heart. When I started my online journey in 2020, two months before the coronavirus hit, I was excited. I found a platform called noise.cash. I worked hard and earned some good money there. The first person I told was Arsal. I invited him to join so he could also earn with me. He joined and started using the platform.

Soon things began to change slowly. Arsal made new friends on noise.cash. He moved to Telegram for crypto marketing and AMAs. In 2021, Telegram was full of new crypto projects. People did live sessions called Ask Me Anything. It was a big place to earn money through marketing services. Arsal jumped into this world but never told me about it.

One day I saw a post on noise.cash about Telegram marketing. It was new to me. I ran to Arsal with this exciting information. I told him about the opportunity. He just smiled and said he was already working there. He explained there were many ways to earn good money by offering marketing services. His words hit me hard. I felt disturbed inside. He had found this path weeks earlier but kept it from me. I tried to ignore the pain and started working on Telegram too.

Whenever I got a new project, I shared it with Arsal. I wanted him to earn with me. But I noticed something over time. When he found good projects, he first offered them to his siblings. He did not think of me. This pattern hurt me again and again. One day I asked him clearly about it. He said, “No, no, no, that’s not the thing you are thinking about.” His denial felt empty. I decided to let him do whatever he wanted.

After that day, I stopped sharing my good news with him. I did not tell him about Hive or other platforms where I was growing. Our friendship is still there. We talk sometimes. He remains close in some ways.
Yet I no longer run to him with my happy moments. When he asks me what I am doing on online platforms nowadays, I simply say, “Nothing.” I keep my progress to myself now. It feels strange sometimes. I wonder if he notices the change.

The person who was once my first call for good news is no longer that person. I still care about him, but the trust has changed. True friends celebrate your wins and share their wins with you too. They do not hide opportunities while taking from you.

Some show the real strength of any relationship, but not Everyone. I learned a big lesson through all this. Life does not give you many real chances to fix things. You have to choose your friends wisely.

Some people stay in your life but no longer hold the same place in your heart. It is okay to protect your peace. It is okay to keep your good news for those who truly deserve to hear it first.

Arsal is still my friend. We have old memories and laughs together. But I no longer share my wins with him. I focus on people who give the same energy back.
Friendship should feel equal and honest. When one side starts hiding and the other keeps giving, the balance breaks. Now I am more careful. I celebrate my small victories quietly alone. This change has brought me peace. I do not feel disturbed anymore when opportunities come.
I work hard and enjoy my journey at my own pace.

Conclusion I made throughout...

Small actions show big truths. Do not ignore those signs for too long. In the end, we all want friends who lift us up. We want people who feel excited when we succeed. Life don't wait for anyone and moves fast. Keep the ones who deserve your trust. Let go of the ones who make you question your worth...

My story with Arsal taught me this valuable lesson. I hope it helps you look at your own friendships. Share your good news with care. Protect your heart while keeping space for real connections. True friends are rare and worth every effort.
