A student who is very talented and studies well in his childhood later finds that he cannot study well due to poverty. He then becomes reluctant to study.
In such a situation, if some financial help comes from the government, he will definitely be able to continue his studies well at least to some extent. And this is what happens in our country. Today, this system was introduced in our country many years ago, which is a system of primary school scholarships. Those who study well from class one to class five have to take an exam in class five, which is the PSC exam.
