Hello friends, I hope you are doing well. Welcome to my new post. Our teachers have become quite strict these days. Earlier, our country's teachers were very good, they taught us the right way. They did not have much greed. Due to which they spread their education to the people, students benefited a lot from their education and they found their purpose in life, they had a need to do something for the country.
For several years, it has been seen that the salaries of teachers are being gradually increased by the government. But the quality of education is not looking good. There is widespread corruption of teachers in these schools and colleges, they behave like freaks without teachers. Of course, if there is no accountability of teachers in schools and colleges, then this is normal.
If the governing body of the college is not right, then the teachers will also not be right. Most of the teachers used to be seen that they were appointed by government people, due to which they came to these educational institutions through widespread corruption. They used to get hired in these colleges and schools even without their qualifications. But now it has reduced a lot.
Anyway, I am not going to talk about that. I saw news that teachers want to increase their salaries before they get hired. I don't understand how logical this is. Their job is to teach students, if they have any reasonable demands, they will definitely be respected and they will be done through a meeting.
If they leave the class and destroy the lives of students and think about their salaries, then I will definitely say that it is greed. Their greed has increased a lot. If they are increasing their own posts, it is quite a painful thing. These teachers are asking for an increase in their posts before training. So how can we think of teachers who will benefit our students and become like human beings. This is a very sad thing. Thank you all for reading my post.
