Warm greetings to everyone here is a pleasure to be here am very excited to share with you my amazing tea which I made with lemon grass and Lipton tea.
When growing up as a child my mother use to boil lemon grass for us doing cool weather because it helps people that has cold to else their pain
So I prepare this tea for someone who complained of cold in the lungs and this lemon grass came to my mind and I have to add Lipton tea to help my lemon grass work faster.
Lemon grass has a lot of health benefits and healing of a pneumonia patient is one of them and many more.
INGREDIENTS USED
1 bunch of lemon grass
1 pack of Lipton tea
Water.
PROCEDURE
This process is for me to boil the lemon grass.
Here i will have to first wash my lemon grass and put in my kettle.
I will now put my Lipton tea and add water.
I will boil my lemon grass for like 45 minutes and the color will change.
Here my lemon grass and Lipton tea is ready I will now pour it out.
One thing about this drink is that is healthy.
