I am happy to participate in this interesting contest on how we drink our water.
Water is the most important drink in the world, there is a say that goes like this he who brings water brings life and it is what we drink everyday because is life. Any where water always stay you will see a greenish leave there and green is life.
I know that everybody knows what water is.
Water is a liquid substance without color,smell or taste. In some countries their water have taste while some countries some have color but here in my country we have a good water.
There are many source of water we have,
Borehole water
Spring water
River water
Lake water
Rain water.
All of them are good for consumption.
My family and I drinks purify water.
HOW DO I PURIFY MY WATER
I will get water from my borehole and put it in a particular pot I map out for boiling water and boil it for 45minus.
after boiling, I allow the boiled water to get cool first, after it must have be cool I put the water in a can and put in the refrigerator.
This process is for the adults in the house.
HOW I PURIFY WATER FOR MY CHILDREN.
I boil water after boiling, I put the water in the water flask. The water flask will retain the hot water. anytime they want to drink water they will have to pour out small from the flask and then add cool water from the one I boiled and put in the refrigerator so the water will be warm not cool.
NOTE: The boiled water will not last for more than two weeks but if you have chance you can change your water every week.
How we cope outside our home.
When ever am going out I put my boiled water in a water bottle but if I eventually forget it I will get myself a sachet water or bottle water.
There is something about water that most people don't know, people don't know that unpurified water can react to the body .
And if you are use to boil water, or bottle water any purify water once you drink unpurified water it will react to your body you may start by vomiting or purging because your body system are not use to unpurified water.
There is this friend of my, who usually gives her children bottle water because her husband can always afford it so unfortunately for her she lost her husband and cannot afford the bottle water again. One day her kids went to school and was tasty there teacher give them borehole water to drink after drinking they started purging and vomiting,they were rush to the hospital were the doctor confirm that they drink unpurified water which they are not use to.
So I advise her to be boiling water for the kids so she can avoid going to the hospital everytime or thinking about how to get money for the bottle water.
WHAT CAN UNPURIFIED WATER CAUSE IN YOUR BODY.
Unpurified water causes more harm than good in the body.
It causes stomach pain.
It causes infection.
It weaks the immune system.
It makes us to contact waterborne disease like cholera, diarrhea, and dysentery.
Health is wealthy, for us to take care of our body we have to drink purify water.
