Am very happy to be a member here in Hive because I have learn a lot here.
I don't know anything about jackfruit because here in my country many of us don't know that jackfruit can be a sweet and delicious fruit and can make something special with jackfruit.
In my family we have a tree of jackfruit but only know it for licking only and we also throw the seed away.
After someone posted about jackfruit I have to Google more about jackfruit and the health benefits too and I find out that the seeds can be eaten also.
Today I made a wonderful snacks using jackfruit seeds and is very sweet that way I made it.
INGREDIENTS USED
26-30 piece of Jackfruit seeds
Salt to taste
1 sachet of groundunt oil
Water.
PROCEDURE
STEP 1
This process is very easy and simple.
I will first wash my jackfruit seeds and put in a clean pot add cook.
STEP 2
I will now add salt.
STEP 3
I will now check if my jackfruit seeds is done and bring it down I will now allow my jackfruit seeds to get cool and now peel them.
STEP 4
I will put my groundunt oil in a clean and dry pot.
STEP 5
I will now put my peel jackfruit seeds in my groundunt oil and fry.
I will allow my jackfruit seeds to be brownies.
Here my jackfruit seeds is ready.
Looking at this my nuts is very simple and the taste is topnotch.
I don't know that we have been wasting a very good and healthy food.
After frying this my nuts everyone in my family had a taste of it and they love it l know is small I make sure that everyone taste it and see what we have been wasting.
