

Warm greetings to everyone here today I made unique rice for Sunday,
Is Sunday after service we came back from church so I decided to prepare Sunday rice in another dimension by cooking it fried will salad creamed with avocado pear.
Is season of avocado pear here and I have try using avocado pear as salad cream before it turned out very delicious so I have to use it again for my fried rice.
INGREDIENTS USED
4 cups of rice
1 medium Onion
1/2 cup of groundunt oil
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon of tumeric
1/2 tablespoon of rosemary
1 tablespoon of dry pepper
1/2 cabbage
4 piece of carrots
1 avocado pear
10 piece of green beans
Water.


PROCEDURE
This is how I made this my delicious fried rice.
I will first parboil my rice by cooking for some minutes bring it down and wash.


After washing I will now put back into my pot add water and cook.

I will not start putting my ingredients I will start with salt, add pepper, rosemary and my tumeric.




I will now wash and slice my onions and put and stir very well.


While waiting for my rice to be done I will now start cutting my carrots and green beans.


Here my rice is done is time for me to fry.
In a dry pot I will put my groundunt oil I will now allow my groundunt oil to be hot ones is hot I will put my carrots and green beans and stir for some minutes and now add my rice and stir very well.




Note that I fry my rice bit by bit and I remain my carrots for my salad.

I will will now cut my cabbage and mix with my remaining carrots.


I will also cut my avocado pear remove the seed and the shells I will now put them on top of my salad.


Here my fried rice and salad with avocado pear is ready.
Looking at this dish is very tempting and the taste is topnotch and it also contains a lot of food nutrients.
