

Warm greetings to everyone here am glad to be here this afternoon to share my lunch recipe with my friends here.
I made something delicious and proteinous for lunch and is beans we all know how proteinous and delicious beans is so I made it for lunch today.
INGREDIENTS USED
2 cups of beans
1 medium Onions
1/2 tablespoon of dry pepper
Salt to taste
1/4 cup of red oil
Water.

PROCEDURE
This process is very easy and simple I first pick my beans by removing the spoilt ones and the chaff.

I will now parboil my beans inorder to reduce the preservative used to preserve the beans.


Parboiling is to cook for some minutes and wash them off.
I will now put my beans back into my pot add water and cook.

I will now wait for my beans to be done.
Once my beans is done I will start putting my ingredients I start with my red oil.

I will now wash and slice my onions and add.


I will also add my salt and pepper and stir them together.


Here my jollof beans is ready.

I will now dish it out.

Looking at this dish is very simple and tempting too I really enjoyed my lunch.
