Warm greetings to everyone here, how are you all doing I hope you all are doing wonderfully well.
This day am bringing a new recipe an amazing drink I enjoyed drinking with my family especially my kids.
In my house after eating we will need something to drink not water that will keep us busy so this economy is not where we will spend carelessly we have to spend carefully.
So I decided to make this drink for family use so that I will save cost . you know somethings when you ask for money from husband he will be like you are asking for much but once you get money from husband and make something big and health for the family everybody will be happy and you as the mother will have some space to rest that is why I make this health drink for family use.
And also Christmas is round the corner when visitors will be coming to your house with this drink you are covered.
After making this juice your put them in a can and put in your refrigerator you can serve them to you visitors.
INGREDIENTS USED
2 liters of Water
1/4 of Pineapple
1 sachet of Pineapple flavor
1/2 tablespoon Cloves
1/2 paint of hibiscus flower.
PROCEDURE
Step 1
I will select my hibiscus flower by removing the spoilt ones.
After that I will wash them and put them in a clean pot and add my 2 liters of water and cook.
I will now add my cloves inside the pot.
After that I will now peel my pineapple and put the back side of the pineapple inside my pot.
While waiting for my hibiscus flower to be ready.
I will now cut my pineapple into pieces and blend.
I will cook my hibiscus flower for 25 minutes and bring it down and add my blended pineapple into the pot.
I will now stir and allow to get cool.
In a clean bowl I will put my filter and filter it.
I will squeeze so that the hole water will come out.
After bringing out the waters I will now add my pineapple flavor into my zobo juice.
Here in Nigeria we can it zobo.
After adding my pineapple flavor I will now stir very well.
Here your zobo juice is ready.
This juice is best serve chilled.
