Hello everyone is a quick breakfast with noddles garnish with veggies and eggs.
This morning I was so hungry my kids drink tea and went to school is remaining me and my little baby so I made this breakfast little because is for me only.
INGREDIENTS USED
2 eggs
1 pack of noodles
1 Carrots
10 piece of green beans
1/2 green Pepper
Salt to taste
1/2 medium Onion
2 tablespoon of groundunt oil
3 piece of fresh Pepper
Water.
PROCEDURE
I will wash my carrot and green beans and green pepper and slice them and set them aside.
In a clean pot I will put my noodles add water and cook.
I will wash my onions and fresh pepper and slice them.
I will open my noodles spice and put I will also add my slice carrots and my green beans and green pepper.
I will also put my slice pepper and slice onions and stir them together.
Note that I remain all my ingredients for my eggs.
Once my noodles is ready I will now break my eggs in a clean plate add salt, onions, pepper, green beans, green pepper and my carrot and stir the eggs together.
I will now pour my cooked noodles into my plate of eggs and stir together.
In a clean and dry pot I will now put my groundunt oil and allow to be hot I will now put my noodles and eggs.
Here my noodles is ready.
Looking at this my noodles is tempting and the taste is topnotch I really enjoyed my breakfast.
