Warm greetings to my great community as always happy and excited to be here and today I have come with a new recipe that we call TAPIOCA.

Tapioca is a starchy food that we got from cassava and we eat tapioca in so many ways like:
Eating with groundnut
Eating with coconut
Eating with palm canal and
Cooking in a porridge way

Here am making my own in a different way by using what we call NGO to prepare it.
NGO: this is gotten from burnt dry plantains peel after burning the dry plantains peel you put water and seive the water and the water is what we call NGO.
We use NGO to thicken our red oil.

INGREDIENTS USED
1/2 paint of tapioca
4 tablespoon of red oil
3 tablespoon of NGO
Salt to taste
1/2 medium Onion
10 stem of bush buck leaf
3 pices of fresh pepper
