Today I made something new for my family is snacks made with plantains and yam.
Is a very yummy snacks because we enjoyed the snacks and is my first time making this type I even have to make delicious sauce for my snacks.
INGREDIENTS USED
1/2 tube of yam
2 ripe plantains
1 cup of groundunt oil
Salt to taste
1/2 big Onion
1/2 tablespoon of dry pepper
5 piece of fresh pepper
Water.
PROCEDURE
I will first peel my yam wash, cut into smaller size and cook.
After some minutes I will now peel my plantains cut them into pieces and add into my yam I will now allow them to be done before bringing them down.
I will now mashed them together I will now put my salt and my dry pepper.
Here my yam and plantains is well mashed i will now mound to the size I want I will now fry them.
In a clean and dry pot I will now put my groundunt oil and allow to be hot I will now put my snacks.
Here my snacks are ready.
My sauce
I will wash and slice my onions and my pepper.
With my leftover groundnut oil I will now put salt, add onions and peppers stir very well.
Here my sauce is ready.
The results.
Looking at this dish is very tempting and the taste is topnotch and with my sauce is yummy I really enjoyed myself and my husband and kids love the snacks so much.
