I doubt if anyone can resist complaining about their pet peeves because they are always annoying. I once shared about some of my pet peeves in this space, relating them to human behaviors. Yeah, because there are some things that I personally find annoying, but today I am going to discuss the most annoying digital pet peeve I have.

I have got lots of digital pet peeves, but you see Ads, I have been dealing with it's annoyance big time, and recently, it's as if wherever I go on the Internet with my digital activities, it pops up on every click. It's bad because I can't get rid of it completely. I can't perform a simple activity without being distracted with ads. In every nucks and cranies, I will stumble upon unending ads, and the most annoying part is that I sometimes get carried away with the info popping up, making me to actually lose focus on the main information that took me to such a site. On the brighter side, I actually get relevant info from ads on a few occasions, but still, it's annoying to have them pop up to distract my life. For God sake, I can search for information on the Internet when needed without these consistent ad distractions.
There are some crypto coins I am mining currently, and funny enough, these people have joined the chorus. I can't mine in peace without watching the ads, like seriously 😳. It's not the type I can quickly and angrily close the tap and continue with what I am doing but compulsory ads watch. To be sincere, this is quite annoying and always interferes with my precious time.
On Facebook and on Instagram, I can't scroll through my feeds without meeting these ads that pop up to challenge my activities, lolz. Is either I am shown a survey to participate in or someone to follow or news to read, whether fake or real? It's all about ads everywhere and every time.
Dealing with this pet peeve is partially out of my control; however, I just close the ones I can comfortably close and watch the compulsory ones before continuing with my activities, or is there a way to turn off all ads while I search for information at my convenience?
That reminds me of one million notifications I do get on my phone apps every sec.,this can be very annoying as well. I am aware that there's a way one can organize phone apps not to receive notifications from certain people and apps, including customizing tones so that whenever I get a particular tone, I will be aware of where the notifications are coming from and this will help me not to miss important information. So far, what I do is mute some servers or any WhatsApp groups I don't want to receive notifications from them.
However, I still miss on important information from some groups. I am hoping that someone who understands how I can go about my digital settings will come through for me. If it's a notification that continuously pops up on my feeds due to my subscriptions, I do not hesitate to unsubscribe and that's the little I do while dealing with this digital pet peeves.
