In the past five years, I have used three different Android phones, and I can't remember any of them having a strong phone battery. The only thing I can say is that all of these phones (Oppo, Redmi, and a Tecno product) have fast charging speed, but then, I think that my battery's ability to last long still depends on my usage.

Since I don't have an active PC that I use yet for most of my online activities, which are battery draining, I kept looking for survival hacks regarding my battery life. To be sincere, if I have my phone 100% fully charged, let's say, in the morning prior to my online activities, it can't last till 2pm without being charged, hehehe. In fact, there was a time it was very bad, to the point of frustrating my daily activities with my phone, and I began to ask my friends what they do to preserve their batteries that I haven't discovered. No doubt, frequent recharging can be frustrating, and a phone repairer once told me that it's not too healthy to be charging a phone and using it at the same time, good enough, have been implementing this advice and seeing a difference. So without further ado, here are the few hacks I have been using to extend my battery life to some extent.

I activated battery saver mode, so once my battery gets to 20%, my phone automatically goes to this mode, saving the battery until I charge again. But what I do is that once it gets to 20%, I stop using it for heavy work except to take an important call. There's also a "power boost" feature on my phone, which is always switched on; it's been a lifesaver too.
Secondly, I discovered that my phone usually turns on "keep the screen on always" by itself. So from time to time, I watch out for that via my phone settings and turn it off; otherwise, it's a feature that consumes battery on the high side.
I also never liked reducing my phone brightness nor turning dark mode on, until I kept having consistent battery challenges. Now, I put all these on, and it helps reduce the way my phone battery drains.
The last hack is having a power bank to support my phone battery; otherwise, getting frustrated with my work becomes inevitable. Even when I have charger issues, I make sure to replace it with fast chargers no matter the cost. This is because I don't use my phone while it charges, so having a fast charger would reduce my waiting time to make use of my phone again.

I think these are just a few hacks I observe to ensure that my battery life is extended. Do you mind sharing yours? Which of the hacks works just fine for you?
