Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you're doing well. Speaking of time, this year I've had quite a bit of free time. I've been reorganizing things and starting to make space for self-love, after so much has happened in my life.

However, I also often get caught up in things. When I choose to take a break after studying English, I've been intensely studying English and preparing for other scholarship applications. I feel exhausted from it all, especially after studying English.

I take a break, lying in bed and browsing social media. I initially only plan to take a five-minute break, but after scrolling through YouTube and watching short videos, it turns into 30 minutes. It can even be an hour. I even fall asleep while doing it.

After I do this, I feel regretful, and the next day I need to reorganize my activities. The first thing after doing all this is making a schedule. I list all the main things I need to do. Starting from reciting the Quran, watching YouTube to strengthen my new skills (like photography and editing), learning English, and exercising.

I'm also reorganizing my dreams. I'm reviewing what I want to achieve in the future, and am I sticking to those dreams? I'm evaluating my accomplishments each week. But sometimes, after seeing my achievements slip a bit, I often have high ambitions and forget everything.

This year, I've been focusing more on healing. I've been using the Sedona Method, somatic exercise, journaling, and meditation. I don't skip those activities every day. One thing I need to incorporate into my schedule is getting enough rest, at least six hours of sleep.

For me, a schedule has made me a little more innovative in managing my time. It keeps me from wasting time. I usually use Google Sheets, but this time I'm doing it manually. I'm writing it down in a notebook. That's the only way I can manage my time effectively. What's your story?
