
Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you're all well. Recently, I cooked a simple meal with limited ingredients. I have very minimal ingredients at home; I haven't bought a new electric pot yet. So, I only used a steamer. This appliance is used to cook rice.
I made steamed chicken with turmeric spices. The spices used are very simple. This is an easy dish and perfect for helping you if you're on a diet. What are the spices?

Ingredients
- Two pieces of chicken. For two meals. I only used two pieces of chicken.
- Turmeric seasoning. I used instant seasoning for marinating tempeh and tofu. This seasoning is widely available at my place. Use it sparingly.
- Instant Balado spices. I bought this for Balado seasoning. However, since ingredients were limited at the time, I added it to the chicken marinade. It's a little spicy, so there's no need to add chili. I used one tablespoon.
- Garlic powder, one tablespoon.

How to make:
- Wash the chicken thoroughly. Don't forget to wash your hands too. Then, pour in all the instant seasonings. Coat the chicken with the seasonings.
- Marinate the chicken in the seasonings for about 30 minutes. I didn't use tapioca flour. If you do, it might taste better.
- Then, steam the chicken for about 30 minutes. This may depend on the appliance you use. I steamed it for about an hour because my appliance doesn't heat up quickly.
- The steamed chicken will release a sauce as it steams. The sauce is savory and delicious.
- The steamed chicken with turmeric spice is ready to serve. I ate it with warm white rice and cucumber.
