Hello everyone, how are you? I recently visited Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (Beautiful Indonesia in Miniature Park). You know I've been sharing my experiences there. One of the places I visited was the Central Java Pavilion.
The Central Java Pavilion, where Central Java serves as a gateway for visitors who want to explore its uniqueness and beauty, is home to a number of temples, including Borobudur, Prambanan, and Mendut, which represent the cultural heritage of the Hindu and Buddhist religions that flourished at that time.

Central Java also boasts an Islamic heritage, reflected in the carvings found in various grand mosques. The Central Java Pavilion, dubbed the "hermitage" of Central Java, brings visitors back to the richness of Javanese local wisdom.
The carvings are intricately detailed, embodying the noble values of Javanese wisdom, offering valuable lessons for all who visit. This place houses a replica of the Pendopoagung, the Mangkunagaran Palace, in Surakarta.

The venue welcomes visitors to a pavilion area featuring a shadow puppet performance space. The Pendopoagung also features the Joglo Rajumat, whose expansive roof is supported by four sokol guru (teacher's pillars), 12 sokol penanggap (receptionist's pillars), and 20 sokol paniti (commander's pillars), creating a distinctively elegant Central Javanese appearance.
Also located here are the Joglo Tajuk Mangkunat, Joglo Pengrawit Rumah Kudus, and the Doro Gepak traditional house. Its main attraction is its open stage, set against a backdrop of hills and makara (traditional Javanese buildings).

In Central Java, Salatiga is one of the oldest cities in Indonesia, or the archipelago. Salatiga boasts a cultural heritage site dating back to 750 AD. There are also cultural heritage sites located within the Duku Kelompongan.
