Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you're all well. Bandung is where I was born and raised. However, exploring Bandung can be a bit challenging due to its vastness. Recently, I visited a very unique tourist attraction: Uncal Park.

Actually, there's only one zoo in Bandung, managed by a private company. Around Lemban, located in West Bandung, there are similar attractions, but they're quite difficult to reach if you live in Bandung Regency.

Uncal Park is an educational destination for animal tourism. It's also quite strategically located. Uncal Park is located in the center of Bandung Regency. The name "Uncal" comes from Sundanese, the local language of West Java. "Uncal" itself means deer.

Uncal Park has been around in Soreang for a long time. Admission is free. You can even feed the deer for just IDR 2,000 to buy carrots. There are 50 deer here, most of them white-spotted deer. The area is very spacious, providing ample space for the deer to breed.

The deer here originate from the Bogor Palace deer farm and are re-bred here by the local government, and are managed by the Bandung Regency Agriculture Service. This area boasts more than just the Uncal Park. There's also a children's park, both covering a total area of 1 hectare.

Many people come to this area for recreation. It's quite refreshing. There's also a reading area. A particularly interesting feature is the deer feeding facility, which is a particularly memorable activity for children.

This activity is typically held on weekends and during school holidays. Coincidentally, today is the start of school holidays. The area is sure to be crowded with visitors. Visitors don't need to worry about buying food, as there are food vendors nearby.

Other facilities are quite complete. There's parking for cars and motorcycles. There's also a mosque nearby. That's all I can tell you about this place. What do you think? Is this place interesting? For me this is very interesting. See you in the next story.
