Financial management skill is one skill that everyone should learn and master, because no matter how rich you are , if you don't know how to use your income and save part for the rainy day. You will always run into debt or other unnecessary problems when you are in urgent need of money.
Saving money is the act of keeping or setting aside some funds for future purposes. This money has a way of helping you in the days of need. But the truth is , some people spend every penny when it comes in, forgetting that savingthat some can also safe them. There are some savings tips that is necessary for everyone to master. One of it is BUDGETING ; Some people do not really know how to budget for things, they just believe in sending out everything that comes into their account. But it is noteworthy that proper budgeting helps protect us from reckless spending. When ones you make a budget about a thing, you will always be able to know exact thing to use your money for and can account for every penny that leaves your account.
Another little tips that will help you to save for rainy days is , knowing how to differentiate your needs from wants. When ones you can do this , you will know how to arrange your scale of preference and go for what you need first before considering the wants.
Again, know the necessary things and bills that you regularly spends on, and plan for them before the due date. Things like utility bills / house rent should not come to you as a surprise. You should always make provisions for these things.
Avoid buying things because a friend bought it or just to feel among.
Cooking your own food at times saves you from some kind of spending. I know that I am guilty when it comes to this aspect 🤣😂, but I am also trying to cuttel the habit of eating at the restaurant.
ln all you do don't forget to put some money aside , no matter how small it is , because it will accumulate and one day will turn to something big. A drop of water consistently entering a tank , will one day fill up the thank. In my dialect we also say " teb teb oyoho abang ", you can do well to look for an interpreter 🤣😂.
