Today, on a lazy afternoon, I suddenly felt like making something special for my family. I opened the fridge and saw that there was enough milk and eggs. So without further delay, I quickly made everyone's favorite milk caramel pudding.
You can probably guess how perfect the texture and color of this pudding served in the bowl are.
Making pudding is as easy as perfecting it is an art. To make today's pudding, I used some very simple ingredients such as condensed milk, eggs, sugar, and a little vanilla essence to remove the egg smell.
First, I burned the sugar to make a light golden caramel and set it at the bottom of the bowl. Then, I beat the eggs and sugar with the milk well, strained it through a sieve, and poured it into the caramel bowl. Today, I made it on the stove in a water bath. After about thirty to thirty-five minutes, when the pudding had solidified, I took it out and let it cool in the refrigerator.
When I took the pudding out of the fridge and cut it and served it to everyone, the smiles on everyone's faces were my real reward. To be honest, the pudding melted as soon as I put it in my mouth. The creamy texture of the milk and the light sweet flavor of the caramel combined made the food very delicious. The whole family enjoyed every bite. The taste and nutritional value of this homemade pudding were incomparable compared to the store-bought pudding.
