One hot afternoon, the atmosphere of our house suddenly took on a different kind of frenzy. The historic Circuit House ground is located very close to our house. Everyone was having a normal day like every day. But suddenly the sky shook and a loud noise started to come. As I looked out the window of the house, I saw a huge military helicopter coming towards me from the sky. The strong wind and the rotation of the fan seemed to be bending the surrounding trees. In a moment, that magnificent vehicle of the Bangladesh Air Force landed in the vast green courtyard of the ground.
As soon as the helicopter landed on the ground, a festive atmosphere was created in the entire area. Later, I learned that one of the respected ministers of our current government had come here on a special state function. Security was tightened around the ground to welcome him, and local administration officials were present. The minister got down from the helicopter and waved to the common people standing outside the ground while moving towards his car. The arrival of such an important state guest instantly brought our premises to life.
However, after the minister left, our main attraction was around that huge vehicle. The experience of seeing a helicopter in person from such a close distance does not happen often in our normal lives. Especially when my young children saw it right in front of their eyes, their joy knew no bounds. Usually they see it on cartoons or TV screens, but today they became extremely excited to see this aircraft with huge wings and wheels in reality. The children's eyes were clearly filled with wonder and boundless joy. They started jumping around in excitement and began to examine every part of the helicopter very carefully.
I quickly took some pictures to capture this boundless joy and wonderful moment of the children. The first picture, taken with the green grass of the field and the beautiful reddish Circuit House building in the background, came out really amazing. Then I took another close-up shot of the helicopter, clearly showing the structure of its wings and the inside. The day brought a piece of fresh joy to our mechanical lives. The innocent smiles of the children and the extraordinary experience will remain indelible in our family's memories forever.
