
Bengali means satisfaction with fish and rice. And if that fish is everyone's favorite in the family, then lunch is full of kheer. Today, I wanted to do something special on the lunch menu. So I quickly cooked everyone's favorite Tangra fish soup.
Tangra fish is very popular in our family. Especially the children in the house are very happy when they get this fish. Seeing their happy faces makes all the fatigue of cooking disappear in an instant. The nutritional value of the small fish is high, as well as its taste is incomparable.
The main attraction of today's cooking was fresh tomatoes and coriander leaves. When Tangra fish is mashed with tomatoes and made into soup, its taste doubles. The light sour-sweet taste of tomatoes and the wonderful aroma of coriander leaves have taken the taste of the entire soup to another level. The taste of this reddish broth mixed with hot steaming white rice is different.
A great glimpse of this delicious Tangra fish broth is seen on hot rice. Seeing this tempting scene makes your mouth water.
Only a cook understands the joy of being able to feed the whole family in this way. This simple but extraordinary lunch has brought wide smiles to the faces of the entire family, and this is the biggest achievement of my day.
