FIRST PLACE
I decided to talk about this because I'm a victim of the lack of satisfaction of goods and services delivered to me by many producers/service givers. Let me begin with the mifi I bought from advertisers of the product.

SECOND PLACE
I made this dress for a relative's burial, and I remember how frustrated I felt that day. The people there weren't nice at all; they acted like it was my fault the dress turned out like that.

The thing with what I ordered vs what I got is that while some vendors tend to be mischievous and send you something entirely different, there are customers or clients who just do not know themselves.
