- 1 kilogramo de harina de trigo (la masa estaba previamente preparada, lógicamente con su levadura)

Colocamos las 4 salsas en un recipiente y agregamos orégano al gusto; revolvemos y dejamos calentar por unos minutos para que se mezclen los sabores; recordemos que la salsa se termina de cocinar en el horno con la pizza. Mientras eso sucede, procedemos a picar todas las salchichas en círculos delgados y apagamos la salsa.

Una vez la masa estirada, la colocamos en la bandeja y vamos ajustando un poco más hasta cubrir el embase. Con un tenedor, vamos abriendo pequeños surcos para eliminar el aire. Ya tenemos nuestra masa lista en la bandeja.

The oven is previously heated and the cooking time will depend on the type of stove; in my case it was 20 minutes at 250 degrees.
