Beyond Tension. We’re using our resistance bands again; however, even though the tension is directed toward the arms—specifically the biceps—we’ll also be engaging most of the other muscle groups at the same time. In this sense, as you perform the exercise, you’ll feel the tension and power coursing through your arms, abs, and lower body. This circuit consists of 3 stations, featuring powerful combinations that are very different from what you’re used to doing. Work at your own pace—no one gets left behind. Come with me and get your life moving.

Warm-up Phase

**

When we are going to do any physical activity, it is always advisable, in fact, it should be a mandatory habit to do warm-up exercises. With them, we get the whole body in tune and reduce the possibility of acquiring any type of injury.

It is very important to determine that if the body is not yet ready for intense activity, it should be warmed up a little more. Don't forget to take 20-second breaks between exercises and 1-2 minute breaks between sets; hydration is extremely important to replenish fluids and salts lost during exercise. On the other hand, we must try as much as possible to maintain a balanced diet and adequate rest, which contribute to achieving better physical results.

Estaciones de Trabajo

**

Work Stations

**

After warming up and checking that the body is ready for the strong action, we go to the execution of the core exercises of the routine. If you still feel that you are not ready, warm up again, avoid injuries. Remember that each exercise should be done according to your physical condition, we go little by little until you master the movements.

Estación 1, BÍCEPS CONCENTRADO SIN APOYO
Postura

Station 1, CONCENTRATED BICEPS CURL WITHOUT SUPPORT
Posture
Normally, for this exercise, we rest our elbows on something; however, in this case, we adopt the following position. We step on the band with one foot, extending the leg on that side; we grasp the band by both handles with the hand opposite that leg. Rest the knee on the same side as the hand holding the band on the floor, and lean your body toward that side. Place one hand on the thigh of the extended leg and extend the arm holding the band; this arm is not supported by anything, ensuring that the band remains taut at all times.

Execution
This exercise places greater emphasis on the biceps; however, the abs remain engaged and the lower body also benefits. To perform the movement, maintain the recommended posture and proceed to flex and extend your elbows. We’ll do 20 repetitions in 4 sets per side.
