Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing well today. I'm here to tell you about my training yesterday on the bouldering walls. This is a continuation of my training, since yesterday I posted a part about the half planche, but today I'm going to talk about the other part, which was mostly focused on the full planche and understanding the SAT level, elements that I'm now understanding much better. Specifically, the full planche has been helping me a lot lately, and it's really helped strengthen my shoulders. At the beginning of the training, I felt a bit fatigued, as I mentioned yesterday. I was doing too much on my own, and after several days of heavy rain, the intense sun was affecting me a bit. But even so, the training went quite well, and I can now say that I've mastered the full planche push-up and press quite easily, without much effort. It was an element that was very difficult for me, or rather, a combination of two elements that I found quite complicated, and over time, I've improved it a lot.Regarding the full planche posture, I'm really enjoying it. I now know how to apply the posterior pelvic tilt, not the anterior tilt, which is how I often did the planche before. This has allowed me to hold the position for many more seconds and include elements like the press instead of just holding it for a short time using anterior pelvic tilt before doing all the other exercises, which used to cause me a lot of hip pain. Right now, I don't feel any pain at all. I feel much lighter, and I also feel that, thanks to implementing this new way of doing the full squat, it's the right way; I've progressed much faster.Because to be honest, I still have a long way to go at the SAT level. I was working on proprioception, but I do feel like I'm struggling a bit. I don't feel that far off, but I do lack the strength to perform it the way I want. Performing it with bad form might initially give me muscle mass, but since it's such a complicated exercise, I could also get injured, which I really don't want. So, I'll most likely continue working on the exercise this way. That's all I wanted to share about what was missing from yesterday's routine. Thank you so much for all the support. I'm Omar Zambrano and we'll see each other in future posts.
