Today I had to do a workout at my partner Logan's house, since we did it at noon and I didn't have the opportunity, thanks to the weather, since it was quite hot, to do it in a park. So he told me to do it at his house and I, without thinking much, agreed. A fairly complete workout, where we performed from basic calisthenics with weights to statics in their high demand; actually, we did quite well.I did several sets of approaches where I managed to do a half supine press in which I tried to do a negative flex plus hold to practice it, since I really don't have enough balance to do the half negative from a supine position to a maximum touch hold, in which the posture was quite good and I feel that I have improved a lot compared to previous workouts where I have done touch with its different variants, both in openings and in grips.After that I did several sets where I focused on both the neutral and the supine but with progressions in the neutral. I did several sets of full plank push-ups that made me feel quite different from what I had done in the press. Even so, it has improved a lot compared to previous times, both in posture and in solidity, going from a full plank fall to one that already looked much more floated compared to previous months. In the case of the front level, there were different sets of multiple pull ups, of which I don't have much to say since I did quite well and normally in these sets is where I feel the strongest.
