How Long Can You Stay Away From Your Screen||Say No to Addiction Disorder.

Sometimes you get so attached to something it can be someone, you feel like you can't do without them. The truth is the matter is your brain gets used to what you consistently give to it. This is where addiction comes in, and the one way to eradicate addiction is by depriving the brain that particular thing it's so used to getting any moment it signals for it. I can't say I'm am addicted to my phone because there are times where the phone becomes useless to me, probably when there's no power.

What do I do when there's no electricity to power my device? I engage myself in other activities like playing music mostly because I have an acoustic guitar that doesn't required light before you can play it. Aside my phone, music is another great companion to me. I started off with music before operating my phone this much.

I started spending time on the digital space when I began working mostly online than physically. Almost everything became virtual for me although there are very important things in life that the internet cannot replace. Can I stay away from my phone? The answer is yes! Although there has to be something very important I'm doing with my time else I go back to my phone.
Some of us don't just come online to scroll reels and burn data. Someone like me at the moment, earn a living from the internet. I'm making arrangements to possibly start a few things offline as well but until then, my phone is my office and you know what workers don't do with their office? They don't joke with their offices.

If you see me scrolling, I'm probably trying to find an idea for the next content I want to create but I hardly come online to spend hours scrolling reels for entertainment sake. I prefer to be at the creators side where we create contents for others to come and consume. So the question is can you stay away from your device for hours? Yes I can as long as I'll be busy doing something more important than what I'm doing with my phone. I personally think people should not unnecessarily get attached to their device doing the wrong thing. It has side effects to even those doing a couple of jobs online talk more of the ones just straining their eyes and wasting their precious time on screen.

Addiction disorder is real and phone addiction is big in our today's world. You will spend time doing nothing and just remain broke because you choose to spend time doing nothing that benefits you in the long run. I mean I'm happy to have people consume my contents but I honestly don't wish for anyone to sleep with their phones in their hands just scrolling throughout the day.

I hope you have full control of your mind and body to direct yourself to do what you need to do for yourself and not what you just want to do for yourself. I hope you can control yourself to say "no" to somethings at the particular time you want and the particular place you might find yourself. Say no to addiction disorder, addiction destroys, stay safe.
