Definitivamente, el ecosistema de Hive es un espacio para crecer. Y puedo decirlo desde mi propia experiencia, porque, sinceramente, desde que inicié este hermoso camino dentro de un ecosistema lleno de comunidades y con un lugar para todos, he crecido en todos los aspectos.
La parte técnica, por supuesto, es muy importante: conocer las reglas de las comunidades, aprender a crear mejores miniaturas, comprender los derechos de autor y descubrir un sinfín de herramientas y conceptos fascinantes que forman parte de la Web3.
Sin embargo, creo que el crecimiento más importante es el crecimiento personal.
En la frase que aparece en mi banner escribí: "Cuenta tu historia e inspira. Solo basta con ser." La he mantenido, con pequeñas modificaciones, desde que di mis primeros pasos en este ecosistema. Y, sinceramente, después de estos cuatro años, sigo pensando exactamente lo mismo.
Solo basta con ser.
The Hive ecosystem is truly a place to grow. I can say that from my own experience because, ever since I joined this wonderful ecosystem—filled with communities and offering a place for everyone—I have grown in every possible way.
The technical side is, of course, very important. Learning the community guidelines, improving my thumbnails, understanding copyright, and discovering countless fascinating aspects of Web3 have all been part of that journey.
However, I believe the most meaningful growth is personal growth.
The phrase on my banner says: "Tell your story and inspire. Simply being yourself is enough." I've kept that message, with only a few small changes, since the very beginning of my journey in this ecosystem. And honestly, after four years, I still believe exactly the same thing.
Simply being yourself is enough.
Realmente, cuatro años pasan tan rápido que uno casi ni se da cuenta. Siento que llevo mucho tiempo aquí y, al mismo tiempo, que todavía me queda muchísimo por aprender y, por supuesto, mucho por disfrutar del crecimiento que estoy convencido de que aún le espera a nuestro ecosistema.
Recuerdo aquellos primeros días. Llegué con mucha incertidumbre, pero también con enormes ganas de aprender y crecer.
Si eres nuevo, quiero contarte algo. En aquella época, algunas de mis publicaciones llegaron a superar los 100 dólares en recompensas. Con el tiempo, esos números fueron ampliamente superados en distintos momentos.
Lo que quiero que entiendas es que, si llegaste por el dinero, como probablemente muchos de nosotros lo hicimos, esos resultados pueden volver a darse, e incluso ser aún mayores.
Pero mi recomendación es que permanezcas por otras razones.
El camino no es fácil, y precisamente eso es lo que hace tan valioso a nuestro ecosistema. Vas a encontrarte con frustraciones, decepciones y momentos en los que pensarás en abandonar. Es parte del proceso y es algo que, simplemente, no cambia.
Four years really do go by so quickly that you hardly even notice. I feel like I've been here for a long time, yet at the same time, I know I still have so much to learn and so much to enjoy as our ecosystem continues to grow. I'm convinced its best days are still ahead.
I clearly remember those first days. I joined with a lot of uncertainty, but also with a strong desire to learn and grow.
If you're new here, I'd like to share something with you. Back then, some of my posts earned more than $100 in rewards. Over time, those figures have been surpassed by an even wider margin.
What I want you to understand is this: if you joined because of the money—as many of us probably did—those kinds of rewards can happen again, and they may even become greater.
But my advice is to stay for reasons beyond the financial rewards.
The journey isn't easy, and that's exactly what makes this ecosystem so valuable. You'll experience frustration, disappointment, and moments when you'll think about giving up. That's part of the journey, and it's something that never really changes.

As always, we celebrated at home with plenty of delicious food. There was good wine, a few thoughtful gifts from my loved ones, and a wonderful afternoon. Later, I watched an amazing match between Uruguay and Cape Verde that was absolutely worth watching. If you missed it, I highly recommend checking out the highlights—it was an exciting, end-to-end game from start to finish.
This time I didn't create a video because I simply didn't have enough time. Tomorrow, Argentina plays, and we'll most likely be recording another video to share our thoughts and impressions about the match.
