Hello everyone, greetings to you all. Today, while I was reading my Bible, I came across this verse that captivated my attention.
Colossians 3:13 (King James Version, KJV)
“Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.”
The Bible says we should bear with one another and forgive anyone who offends us, just as the Lord forgives us. Forgiveness is an important part of our Christian journey. As human beings, we sometimes hurt one another through our words or actions.
But instead of holding grudges against one another, we should learn to forgive. Forgiveness does not mean that the offense was right, but it means choosing peace.
Jesus Christ has shown us great love and mercy by forgiving our sins. So we should also do the same for others. Although forgiveness may sometimes be very hard, we just need to ask God for the grace to do that.
