Good day everyone and welcome to another unic prompt of the week: A tough job but someone has to do it.
These captures well in the story I'm about to share.
Leo has a little sister, she is a talkative like me so her name is Patricia.
Leo relationship with his family is perfect.
Especially with Patricia. They usually go out for ice cream, watch movies and even vacations.
Everything suddenly changes when Leo meet with this girl called Judith. They began dating and Judith seems to be chingumming Leo so he wouldn't have the time he used to have with his family and Patricia. There is something wrong Patricia is very sure but can't place it on anything.
She keep wondering.
Weeks pass and Leo decided he would bring Judith to the house and introduce her to his parents.
Judith is a typical pretender she was greeting her in-laws the way a typical African girl should. But all in pretends.
Patricia never liked her but the feeling is mutual for both of them.
Soon she began to investigate about her because she is noticing suspicious things with her.
But the thing is Patricia conscious was right, Judith has an interior plan to just steal Leo's money and not relationship.
One day Patricia sneaks into Judith room while in the bathroom making a phone call. Judith appears to be talking to her friend about how her mission is finally in motion.
Patricia heard everything and when she was trying to sneak out, her leg hit an iron and makes a sound. Judith rush outside when she heard the sound and saw Patricia.
“So you have been hearing my conversation,” Judith exclaimed.
“So your plan is to come and ruin my brother's life abi?” Patricia replied. “I'm going to expose you.”
“But you don't have any evidence. Leo won't believe you.”
Judith was right. Patricia told Leo but he ignored her.
Now my 15-year-old Patricia is the only one who knows Judith beyond her pretends and is tied to the sole responsibility of proving to a man in love that his lover is trying to ruin him.
It's a difficult job but she just have to do it to save brother's life.
She devises several plans that fail but this time, something different happened.
She pretends to be seriously ill so that Leo would focus his attention on her and it works, he took her to the hospital and stayed there with her for almost a week.
Judith is now free because she is the only one at home so no need for any pretends.
She begins to go to her normal ways of going out for prostitution at night. Patricia knew this was what would happen so she told Leo to go to the town and purchase ice cream for her. After he went she used her phone with a different number and texted Judith and said I am one of your clients and I would want us to meet at Humbug Hotel.
She quickly replied okay.
After that, she set on her way. When Leo arrives, Patricia show him the text and said the only way you will confirm if I'm lying is to go to Humbug Hotel if you will see her.
Immediately, Leo rush there only to find Judith waiting for her clients. He left there and went home straight, pack all her things outside and he she came back and was like what is going on here, he texted her with the same number earlier. She started apologizing but it's too late. Before they could finish the drama, Patricia has arrived. Leo was shocked why are you coming so she opened up to him and he was very proud of her.
Judith now, was sent out and Leo is back to the Leo Patricia use to know.
