For today I will be making Tom brown for breakfast,i know most of you will be like what is turn brown. Tom brown is a blend combination of soya beans, millet, groundnut, corn and date fruits grounded together into powder form. Tom brown has a lot for nutritional benefit soya beans and millets are  rich in protein containing all nine essential amino acids that human body cannot produce on it’s own,as for corn, corn supports healthy digestion, groundnut is also rich in protein and also a good source of of healthy fat, while for date fruits support sources of good copper and also rich in potassium. With all these health benefits it’s is also recommended for both kids and adults.Ingredients

 1: 3tablespoons of powdered tom brown.
2: water 50cl
3: powdered milk 32g
4:sugar2tablespoons

Procedure

 1: firstly I took 3 tablespoons of tom brown and transfer it into a bowl then I use my spoon to measure 3tablespoon of water to mix it properly.

2: After I was done mixing i transferred the remaining water into a kettle and heat water for some time, I transfer the hot water into the bowl where I mix the Tom brown and I mix properly.

3:After I was done mixing and added 2tablespoon of sugar and also add 32g of creamer milk into the bowl. Then I later transferred it into a cup after mixing all my ingredients together.
