Greetings, everyone!
Yes, we all experience difficult times before joy comes. And we know that to handle those moments, either to stay sad or be happy, is our choice. One thing I always know is that difficult times don't last forever. It comes, and it expires; it's a phase we need to face, and some of us learn during our difficult times. Some learned how to be patient, endure, optimistic, and grounded. Some people are always negative or speak negatively about a difficult situation they find themselves in, and it even makes the whole situation worse than ever.
We all have stress, worries, and difficult moments in life. Sometimes, finding happiness during those times can feel almost impossible. But even in stressful moments, there may be small things that bring us peace and joy.
One of the sweetest things that refreshes my soul when I'm in a difficult situation is studying the word of God. Just me lying down in the room and crying to God, and He would always come to refresh me and lift that burden away and give me peace of mind. The word of God encourages and strengthens us to stay calm and excited even when things are not going smoothly.
Another way, is having a conversation with someone very close to me. I like calling my mother when I'm in a difficult situation, and what she would do is to pray for me and encourage me that things will go well.
Another one is watching reels on TikTok or Facebook, this one, whether you like it or not you will laugh over and over. Just like what happened yesterday, when I watched a popular content creator 😊😊. He acted in such a way that made me laugh. I had to go over the video again. Even when I stayed awake in the middle of the night, I laughed like this.
Therefore, everyone has their difficult moment, and some know how to get away from them. I'm a deep thinker and I don't let things get over my head most times.
